What was once an underutilized surface level parking lot in the heart of downtown Fargo will soon offer 455 parking spots, as well as bicycle parking, residential apartments, and an active retail spaces on the ground floor.
Roberts Garage will fill the snaggletooth streetscape along 2nd Avenue and Roberts Street in downtown Fargo.
Structural columns are supported by concrete, rebar, and over 102 helical steel pilings below the ground.
Rebar awaits its burial in concrete for the southern exterior wall which will divide the parking structure from the mixed use wrap.
Preparation underway to fill this wall with concrete.
Storefronts will line the west side of Roberts Alley with the addition of the mixed use wrap during phase II of this project.
