1213 NP Avenue N, Fargo, ND
Located on Northern Pacific (NP) Avenue in the U10 Neighborhood of downtown Fargo, 1213 NP is a multi-level newly renovated building with office space on the second and third floors. Attached to the building is renovated horse stable which is now home to North Dakota’s first urban cidery, Wild Terra.
The building at 1213 Northern Pacific Avenue was built by Branick, a vulcanizing company, in 1950-51. Branick occupied the space until the 1970s.
Later, Mathison’s Printing began occupying the building in the early 1970s. As of October 2015, Mathison’s Printing moved to their new Fargo location at 3911 37th Avenue South.
