The Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre, Avery Apartments and NP Avenue Parking Garage announce groundbreaking in downtown Fargo
In Spring of 2024 we celebrated the groundbreaking of the NP Avenue project. This project includes The Avery apartments, a City of Fargo owned parking garage, and state-of-the-art venue for the Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre.
The Avery is Kilbourne Group’s newest mixed-use project. The urban infill project will replace the surface parking lot on NP Avenue between Old Broadway and North Dakota State University’s Renaissance Hall.
In addition to new apartments, parking, and the future home for FMCT, this project includes a 2,525-square-foot ground-floor commercial space for lease.
Community partnerships have been a pivotal part of this project’s development, ensuring it is designed to support a growing downtown district.
The Avery will offer 168 units with well-appointed finishes and amenities, including bike storage, fitness center, rooftop deck, and pet run, all with new views of downtown, Renaissance Hall, and Island Park in the background.
