Our meeting space is unique to downtown Fargo with its many configurations available, state-of-the-art furniture, audio-visual equipment and an unbeatable view of Broadway.

Space Highlights
The “great room” area can be used as one indoor space or partitioned off for a social/staging area and private conference room.
- The pre-function area is part meeting room/part kitchenette featuring a large HanStone quartz island, access to refrigeration, microwave and food prep areas.
- The conference area is beautifully furnished with sectional walnut tables and Eames Aluminum chairs. A state-of-the-art Planar video wall will provide the best presentation experience available, enhancing your message and meeting. Natural lighting and a bank of Broadway-facing windows will brighten your experience.
- Finally, access to the patio rounds out any function nicely. The large patio overlooking Broadway is perfect for sunny lunch business meetings or an evening social with colleagues. Patio access is limited by weather.

What are the room configurations:

Is there a cleaning fee?
The Owner will arrange for professional cleaning services after the event to return the premises to its original condition following an event. Excessive cleaning may be applied if the Owner determines there were greater-than-expected cleaning needs and will be billed to the Renter hourly at a rate of Fifty Dollars ($50) per hour.
What are the Decorating rules:
Nails, staples, tape, command strips, tacks, glitter, confetti, crayons, and markers are NOT ALLOWED when decorating. No open flame is allowed. The Renter is responsible for providing their own supplies and setup equipment. All clean up, break down, rental pickup must be completed by the Contract End Time. No items may be left overnight. Items left after the event may result in an “excessive cleaning” charge.
What are the Food and Beverage requirements
There is no preferred caterer. Guests may bring in food and beverage from anyone.
