RiverHouse Apartments

RiverHouse is a unique residential-only development by Kilbourne Group, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the energy of downtown Fargo.

The Landing at 1001 NP

Located on the west edge of downtown Fargo in the emerging U10 neighborhood, The Landing at 1001 NP is a vibrant new mixed-use development designed for modern city living.

Mercantile

Located on Broadway in the heart of downtown Fargo, the Mercantile project is a dynamic public-private partnership between the City of Fargo, Kilbourne Group, and Tom and Kari Smith, owners of the historic Great Northern Bicycle Company.

Kesler

The Kesler is named after the original Kesler Block — a historic mixed-use building listed in early city directories as housing apartments above ground-floor retail until 1976.

RoCo & Dillard

Construction on Roberts Commons (RoCo) began in 2016, followed by the development of Dillard Apartments.

Woodrow Apartments

The Woodrow Apartments is a $13.2 million historic redevelopment project by Kilbourne Group that transformed the 100-year-old Woodrow Wilson School into a modern residential community while preserving its architectural character.

RDO Tower & Broadway Square

RDO Tower, formerly called Block 9, is a mid-rise, mixed-use tower in the heart of downtown Fargo at the corner of Broadway and Second Avenue North.

Bostad Condos

Located in the heart of downtown Fargo, Bostad offers 22 unique homes thoughtfully crafted within the upper two floors of the historic Bristol Building — a Classical Revival structure originally built in 1907.
