The RDO Tower is a mixed-use project, including the 125-room boutique Jasper HotelRosewild Restaurant, retail, RDO offices, and residential condo units. The Landing and Kesler mixed-use projects opened in 2022 and are home to commercial space and residential units.

RiverHouse

Located in Fargo’s flourishing downtown district along the Red River of the North, RiverHouse offers well-appointed finishes and amenities, including balconies with direct views across the river to the iconic Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead, MN. The project, which will have a total cost of approximately $34 million, includes approximately 115 luxury rental apartments and main floor heated parking. The amenities and unit mix target both young professionals seeking standard-sized units and active adults looking for larger units.

NP Avenue

Located in the heart of downtown Fargo adjacent to Broadway, our NP Avenue project is an approximately 150-unit mixed-use development built around a city-owned and -operated parking ramp, including a 30,000-square-foot theater in partnership with the Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT; a 501c3 non-profit). This vibrant addition to downtown will offer a mix of finishes and unit sizes to residents of varying means, as well as a 2500-square-foot retail bay offered at prime market rents.
