The official groundbreaking for the project took place in early 2024.

Fargo city officials said the parking garage aspect of the project is expected to be turned over to the city in August.

The shell of the new Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre complex is expected to be completed in July and interior work will follow.

The theater aspect of the overall project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.

The theater complex will have a 400-plus seat theater and classrooms, as well as about 2,440-square-feet of commercial space available for rent.
