Excitement is building in downtown Fargo as the Avery Apartments and its towering parking garage rise high above NP Avenue! The 472-stall, city-owned parking garage is on track to open its doors by August 2025, bringing much-needed parking spaces to the heart of Fargo’s bustling downtown.
The construction is progressing quickly, with the precast structure already taking shape. Soon, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams will begin adding their touch to the interior, setting the stage for a seamless and functional parking experience.
Meanwhile, the Avery Mixed-Use development and the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT) are also making waves. Excavation work is well underway, and concrete footings are being placed to establish a solid foundation. Plus, the installation of rammed aggregate piers has already been completed, ensuring that these buildings will stand strong for years to come.
Once the parking structure is wrapped up, precast work for the Avery Mixed-Use building and the FMCT Theatre will kick off, bringing even more excitement and transformation to this already vibrant area.
Stay tuned — downtown Fargo is about to get even more dynamic!
