St. Cloud is just in the beginning stages of a plan to revitalize its downtown, but if we want a good example of how to do it successfully we don’t have to look any further than our neighbors to our north in Fargo.
A new building project in downtown Fargo, which includes the new home for the Fargo-Moorhead Community Theatre, 145 apartments, the Herbst Building redevelopment and the city of Fargo parking garage, is one step closer to its goal.
Downtown Fargo is turning heads at another major news publication. This time, it’s attracted the attention of Joe Barrett, a journalist for The Wall Street Journal, paying particular attention to Fargo’s work in rethinking parking lots in the central business district.
